The engraver Roberto Stelluti featured of "A lezione nei luoghi della carta"
The second event of “A lezione nei luoghi della carta” has come to a close, the project promoted by the Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano and dedicated to secondary school students in Fabriano city. The initiative was created to bring younger generations closer to the places, professions, and excellence that have made of the city an international benchmark in the world of paper.
The featured guest of the event held on 22 October was Fabriano engraver Roberto Stelluti, who, through “OPERA AL NERO. Stelluti, the Labyrinths of the Sublime (Etching)”, guided students through his artistic journey and the techniques of etching, sharing reflections on the relationship between mark-making, material, and creativity.
A valuable opportunity for dialogue and learning, the encounter encouraged participants to view paper not only as a defining element of Fabriano’s heritage, but also as a contemporary medium for research, experimentation, and artistic expression.
With this event, the journey to promote and celebrate the area's paper-making, cultural, and creative heritage continues, driven by the belief that knowledge is the first step toward fostering awareness and a sense of belonging.
